Free access to federal and state court decisions, codes, and regulations. Includes US Supreme Court cases 1759 onwards, federal appellate cases 1950 onwards and district court opinions 2004 onwards. Free access to digitised published US case law including state, federal and territorial courts dating back to 1658. May not include the most recent cases, lower courts decisions or cases officially published in digital form.
