Problems with logging in

If you forget your password, or enter an incorrect password you will get a message 'Invalid PIN' on attempting to login. If this happens you can choose to set a new password. Select the "Forget your Password?" link on the My Account login screen. You will be asked to enter your name and barcode (the number above the barcode on your student ID card), and then a message will be sent to your University email address, this message will include a link to a web page where you can create a new password for your Library Account.
