Global Market Information Database

What is it?

Global Market Information Database (GMID) contains both statistics and reports on countries worldwide. These cover areas as diverse as eating and drinking habits, health, literacy, tourism, manufacturing, home ownership and crime. Historic and forecast statistics enable you to look at trends from 1977-2016.

What is it for?

Use GMID to find statistical information or market reports.

How to access it

Login to the Portal and then choose Global Market Information Database from the A-Z List of Online Resources.  To access GMID you must read (and agree to) the terms and conditions on the first GMID page, and then click on accept.

How to search

There are three different ways to search GMID: menu search, keyword search, or browse reports.  See More Searchingbelow for information on these different methods.
